Viewing records as a form, list, or table
•View as Form displays records page by page in the format determined by the database designer.
•View as List displays records as records in a list, so they can be browsed without clicking the backward and forward buttons in the status toolbar.
•View as Table displays the records on screen in a grid, so that many fields and records may be viewed at one time in a format similar to a spreadsheet.
•Cycle switches from the current view to the next view.
